He is Accredited to the Daniel Goleman Emotional & Social Competence methodology, and has coached over 225 Managers in EI and administered over 2900 EI 360 Surveys. Adam has led businesses and startups, managed a team that delivered AUD300M in new business, worked with organisations in Australia and overseas, and is an accredited specialist in Motivating people, Coaching individuals and teams, and developing & executing Sales methodology. Adam is a Director of a number of companies and works pro bono for Indigenous and community organisations.

Dr Paul Dalby
Dr Paul Dalby (Adelaide) accomplished executive consultant who has helped to facilitate over $250M in funding for research, commercialisation and government programs. He has prepared strategic plans major government initiatives, and for community groups. Paul has project managed cross-disciplinary, cross-agency projects as well as taking on the role of Director for the Goyder Institute for Water Research in South Australia.
